Your Wine Delivery

Shipping Wine to you

We use Fastway Couriers to despatch our wine to you.

For capital cities, please expect 2-5 working days for delivery approximately.
Regional – 5-10 days.
Should you not receive your wine, please contact us and we will track the parcel for you and advise you accordingly.

Delivery Instructions from you

– Clear instruction must be included along with a mobile telephone number with all orders eg “If nobody home, please leave near front door”

– In case the courier is not able to deliver the wine as per your instructions and we are advised: “Nobody home to take delivery” or “no access to the building”, undeliverable wine will incur a fee of $30 to cover:  re-shipping and administration fees.

– Wine damaged in transit will be returned to DEGEN and we will contact you for alternative arrangements.
– We do not ship to Post Boxes.
